Deputy Coulter started with the Fayette County Sheriff's Office as an auxiliary unit in September of 1998. He is a certified Peace Officer through the Chillicothe Branch of the Ohio University. Merv is retired from the Air Force and is employed by the Postal Service. One of his favorite pastimes is carpentry.
