Lt. Walker began his law enforcement career with the Fayette County Sheriff's Office in 1968. In 1969, he was appointed to the Police Department in Washington Court House. During his years at the Police Dept., Larry served in every position within the department, including patrolman, Sergeant, Captain and retired in 1995 as Chief of Police. At that time, he was commissioned as a Deputy Sheriff for Fayette County. Insp. Walker is also a graduate of the 156th session of the FBI National Academy in Quantico, VA.
